Implemented by FHI 360 with support from USAID, The Regional HIV/AIDS Prevention and Care project (PACTE-VIH), addresses the critical gaps in programming for key populations — specifically female sex workers and their clients, and men who have sex with men — across west Africa. This document summarizes the PACTE-VIH project closeout ceremony held 12 June in Lome, Togo. The purpose of the ceremony was to review successes and lessons learned over the past five years of project implementation.
