Produced in 2012 by Transgender Europe, this report concludes that, with respect to the transgender community, most of the world still has a long way to go to catch up with Argentina, but the data the report gathers and presents is a testament to and product of the positive changes that have occurred in recent years with respect to that community. The report provides a record of these accomplishments and a solid informational resource and evidentiary foundation for the on-going and vital work of trans activists and their allies around the world to combat transphobia and promote trans-respect as part of the broader struggle to create a livable future for all.
